Major repair of a culvert

Elimination of vertical and horizontal displacement of reinforced concrete pipe sections that occurred during construction due to insufficient compaction of the pipe foundation or resulted from mechanical impact by construction equipment during pipe backfilling. 

Major repair of a culvert using permanent formwork in the form of a V-LOCK  anchor sheet using the “PipeArm” technology. The technology involves installing a “PipeArm” polymer protective liner with a reinforced reinforcement cage inside the pipe, and injecting a special mineral-binder-based grout into the space between the existing pipe structure and the polymer liner.

Installation is completed in the shortest possible time, without requiring traffic closures or the preparation of equipment areas. Operating costs are reduced because the application and restoration of an anti-corrosion coating are not required. The warranty period for the complete scope of work is 6 years, with the possibility of extension based on the results of an inspection.
