Polymer double-wall corrugated pipes «ТехноКобра» are designed for the construction of non-pressure pipeline systems and are used in various areas of civil and industrial construction.
The pipes are manufactured with nominal outside diameters from 200 to 630 mm in two ring stiffness classes (SN) – 8 and 16. Pipes with ring stiffness SN 8 are made of polyethylene, while SN 16 pipes are made of polypropylene.
- Load resistance. High resistance to dynamic and static loads. The elasticity of the pipes ensures the integrity of pipelines even in shifting soils.
- Hydraulic properties. Thanks to the smooth inner surface of the pipes, the hydraulic characteristics of polymer pipelines remain constant regardless of the nominal diameter.
- Resistance to hydroabrasive wear. Polymer pipes have the lowest wear rate under the impact of abrasive particles.
- Durability. Polymer pipelines have a service life of at least 50 years and are not subject to corrosion throughout their service life.
- Low weight. Thanks to the special profile design, the pipes are significantly lighter than pipes made from traditional materials while maintaining high ring stiffness.
- Fast installation. Pipelines are assembled directly in the trench, in most cases without requiring heavy construction equipment.
- Resistance to fouling by various types of deposits.
- Chemical resistance. Polymer pipes offer a high level of resistance to most acids, alkalis, reagents and other chemically aggressive media.
- Environmental safety. During storage and operation, the pipes do not release toxic substances into the environment and do not have a harmful effect on the human body upon direct contact.
- Cost-effectiveness. Polymer pipelines significantly reduce operating costs throughout their service life, making them particularly effective compared with traditional materials.
