Geopile

“ТЕХПОЛИМЕР” Geopile is a seamless woven cylindrical geoshell with radial strength of up to 1000 kN/m and a diameter of 0.8 to 1.5 m, manufactured using circular weaving technology with high-strength polymer yarns.

It is used to construct vertical sand, crushed stone and bored piles as a system for reinforcing weak soil foundations, as well as in karst areas.

Heavy concrete is used as the filler, in accordance with SNiP 2.02.03-85, as well as rolled reinforcing steel for reinforced concrete structures, in accordance with GOST 34028-2016.   

Used as a replacement for casing pipes when constructing bored piles. Installed by drilling.

The advantage of using geosynthetic piles is the possibility of using piles of any length and strength. The estimated cost is reduced by up to 20 times. Major violations of the pile concrete integrity and widening of the pile shaft are avoided. Such piles contain no foreign inclusions.
 

Gravel, crushed stone and sand complying with GOST 8267-93 and GOST 8736-2014 are used as filler. The parameters of textile-sand piles, the pile field and the construction processes for their installation are determined by calculation in accordance with ODM 218.2.054-2015.

They are used on waterlogged and weak soil foundations and in karst areas.

The advantages of using geosynthetic piles include the compaction of weak soils between the piles, increased soil bearing capacity in the installation area and no impact on adjacent structures during installation. Vertical drainage along the pile depth is provided.
