Responsibilities:

• Communicating with design engineers (the company’s clients) via a web service: receiving and processing incoming enquiries, preparing proposals and written responses to enquiries, corresponding with and providing information support to service users;
• Preparing qualified commercial proposals;
• Working with contracts;
• Participating in tasks related to the development, improvement and promotion of the web service.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher technical education (a construction-related degree is an advantage);
• Ability to read construction drawings/project documentation;
• Confident PC user, knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), working skills (understanding of the principles) in 1C/Bitrix24;
• Good command of Russian;
• Ability to understand and write news items on technical topics.

• Receiving and checking the correct completion of primary documents; reconciliation statements;
• Stocktaking;

• Monitoring accounts 10, 20, 25, 26 and 60.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in accounting, economics or auditing;
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• Confident user of 1C Accounting 8.3;
• Experience working with accounts 60, 10, 20, 25, 26, 71, МЦ02 and МЦ04;
• Confident Excel user;

• Administration of special-purpose accounts;
• 1C: Accounting; 1C: Manufacturing Management;
• Knowledge of accounting principles to correctly allocate account statements;
• Monitoring the accuracy of accounting data on cash flows;
• Monitoring cash movements (control, postings and recording in databases), etc.;
• Foreign economic activity, including interaction with currency control authorities (transaction passport, payments, customs declarations and certificates).

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (accounting, economics or auditing);
• Experience working with credit institutions;
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• Confident user of 1C: Accounting 8.3;

• Maintaining management accounting and conducting economic analysis by department and for the organisation as a whole;
• Participating in the preparation of consolidated organisational budgets (BDR and BDDS for management accounting purposes);
• Practical experience in preparing cost calculations for products or services, or an advanced level of knowledge;
• Factor-based (economic) analysis of the reasons for budget variances;
• Analysing the financial and economic condition of the company and its performance results;
• Experience in preparing consolidated management reports will be an advantage;

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education in economics;
• At least 3 years of professional experience;
• Knowledge of accounting and the chart of accounts of a manufacturing company;
• Knowledge of budgeting: the procedure for preparing the company budget and monitoring its execution; economic analysis, management reporting and the fundamentals of accounting;
• Ability to analyse and systematise economic indicators;
• Excellent Excel skills.
