The «ТЕХПОЛИМЕР» concrete-filled mat is a closed envelope with fixing points throughout the sheet. These points reduce the hydraulic pressure of the injected mixture and regulate the mat thickness after filling.
Operating principle:
- A liquid injection mixture based on mineral binders is injected under pressure into the concrete-filled mat
- Excess moisture and air are discharged through the fabric pores, ensuring uniform filling of the mat envelope
