Polymer drainage pipes «ГофроКобра» are designed for the construction of water-lowering and drainage systems and are used in civil and industrial construction, airport construction, road and railway construction, agricultural land development, the mining industry, and protection of areas from flooding.
The pipes are manufactured with nominal outside diameters from 200 to 630 mm, with two ring stiffness classes (SN) – 8 and 16, and four perforation types. Pipes with ring stiffness SN 8 are made of polyethylene, while SN 16 pipes are made of polypropylene.
- Load resistance. High resistance to dynamic and static loads. The elasticity of the pipes ensures pipeline integrity even in moving soils.
- Hydraulic properties. Thanks to the smooth inner surface of the pipes, the hydraulic characteristics of polymer pipelines remain constant regardless of the nominal diameter.
- Resistance to hydroabrasive wear. «ГофроКобра» polymer pipes have the lowest wear rate under the impact of abrasive particles.
- Durability. Polymer pipelines have a service life of at least 50 years and are not subject to corrosion throughout their service life.
- Low weight. Thanks to the special profile design, the pipes are significantly lighter than pipes made of traditional materials while maintaining high ring stiffness.
- Installation speed. Pipelines are assembled directly in the trench, in most cases without requiring heavy construction equipment.
- Resistance to clogging by various types of deposits.
- Chemical resistance. Polymer pipes have a high level of resistance to most acids, alkalis, reagents and other chemically aggressive media.
- Environmental safety. During storage and operation, the pipes do not release toxic substances into the environment and do not have a harmful effect on the human body through direct contact.
- Cost efficiency. Polymer pipelines significantly reduce operating costs throughout their service life, making them particularly effective compared with traditional materials.
