This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the company “TECHPOLYMER”, located at the domain name http://www.texpolimer.ru/, may obtain about the User while using the website.

1. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Site Administration”  — authorised employees responsible for managing the site, acting on behalf of the website of the company “TECHPOLYMER”, who organise and/or carry out the processing of personal data and determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data”  — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data”  — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data”  — a requirement, mandatory for the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data, not to allow its distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or another lawful basis.
1.1.5. “Site User”  — a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
1.1.6. “Cookies”  — a small data fragment sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it attempts to open a page of the relevant site.
1.1.7. “IP address”  — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The User’s use of the site constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.

2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide the personal data information necessary to use the Site.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided personal data information if this information changes.

6.2. The Site Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without the User’s prior written permission, and not sell, exchange, publish or disclose the User’s personal data by any other means, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect this type of information in established business practice.
6.2.4. Block the personal data relating to the relevant User upon the User’s or their legal representative’s request or upon a request from the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification, if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Site Administration that has failed to fulfil its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except in the cases provided for in clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became publicly available before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before filing a claim with a court concerning disputes arising from relations between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a complaint (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the complaint shall notify the complainant in writing of the results of its consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Site Administration shall be governed by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1. The Site Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
