We manufacture V-LOCK and T-LOCK anchoring sheets, which differ in the shape of their anchors. The material is made of high-density polyethylene by extrusion, a process involving the forcing of a viscous melt through a forming die.
V-LOCK lining sheets for precast concrete products are sheets with V-shaped anchors arranged in a staggered pattern. There are 420 anchors per square metre of sheet. This ensures a highly reliable bond with concrete and optimal load distribution.
The anchoring sheet is used for lining both precast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures. It is also used for lining metal structures.
Expert opinions confirming that V-LOCK and T-LOCK anchoring sheets comply with the applicable uniform sanitary and epidemiological requirements are available.
Concrete is damaged by moisture, chemicals and high loads. The anchor sheet eliminates these factors. First, it provides absolute waterproofing and protects concrete from moisture. Second, the material is resistant to acids, alkalis and other chemicals. Third, anchoring systems for lining redistribute the load on the concrete, preventing cracks.

The combination of precast reinforced concrete products and an integrated lining layer delivers the best result: the polymer protects the structure from chemical attack, while the reinforced concrete bears the mechanical loads. In addition, the anchoring sheet can be installed on the surface of concrete products both during new construction and for the rehabilitation (reconstruction) of existing structures.
For new construction, concrete tanks and their elements can be manufactured according to individual drawings and delivered to the site as prefabricated components, significantly reducing logistics costs.
Rehabilitation of existing structures using V-LOCK anchoring sheet eliminates corrosion damage and restores lost load-bearing capacity by introducing a special reinforcement cage. The polymer sheet eliminates abrasive wear and prevents further deterioration.
This technology is indispensable when it is impossible to replace a completely worn structure, for example, in areas with historic buildings.
First, the lining sheet is cut to the dimensions of the reinforced concrete structure. It is then installed with a small gap from the structure on removable formwork or using induction welding. The joints between the anchor sheets are welded by extrusion welding, which provides 97% of the strength of the base material. The concrete mix is then poured into the gap between the structure and the anchor sheet.
Although an unprotected reinforced concrete structure has a lower initial cost, its operation is more expensive than using an anchor sheet, as it requires regular preventive maintenance and complete replacement of the product in case of wear.
In addition, polymer sheet lining is resistant to aggressive chemicals and impact, preventing corrosion and deformation of the structure. Thus, the anchor sheet provides a longer service life for the structure without repair or replacement, while its low roughness and resistance to abrasive wear prevent the accumulation of contaminants and the overgrowth of the pipe.
Compared with pipes and wells made of plastic, polymer sheet lining has lower hygroscopicity and water absorption, while complete polymerisation of the material ensures its resistance to abrasion and chemicals.
The anchor sheet can also be used at sub-zero temperatures without changes in the material’s properties. Overall, the combination of reinforced concrete and polymer lining is a stronger and less expensive alternative to plastic pipes and wells, while the weight of the structure prevents it from being pushed to the surface as a result of soil heaving.
