Wastewater treatment facilities

To treat wastewater containing a wide range of contaminants (nitrogen compounds, emulsified and dissolved petroleum products, heavy metal ions and suspended solids), we develop and implement new combined treatment schemes based on the most advanced solutions from Europe and the USA. These schemes combine advanced membrane technology with conventional treatment and disinfection methods.

We use our own accredited laboratory for water/filtrate sampling and specialised software. This enables us to achieve treatment quality that meets discharge requirements for water bodies of fisheries importance, while minimising the customer's capital and operating costs.
We design and assemble treatment plants individually for each customer.

Treatment facility tanks

An important task when constructing new tanks or rehabilitating existing ones is to prevent corrosion of their surfaces caused by aggressive media. To address this task, our engineers offer lining with V–LOCK anchor sheet.

Tank lining with anchor sheet provides 100% protection against aggressive substances and creates a sealed, chemically resistant inner tank coating. The technology allows lining to be installed without compromising the integrity of the internal structure, while extrusion welding of adjacent anchor sheet sections turns them into a completely sealed shell.

Mining enterprises are often located in challenging geological conditions. Therefore, TECHPOLYMER specialists address the task of replacing soil materials, which are often in short supply, with alternative solutions using our own-manufactured products.

For sites with high concentrations of toxic filtrate and stringent environmental protection requirements, we implement multilayer seepage barrier systems. One solution is the use of the Bentotech ASL bentonite mat bonded to a 1–1.5 mm thick geomembrane.

Waterproofing systems often also require the installation of drainage systems at the facilities. In this area, we have proven technical solutions using drainage materials and polyethylene pipes, including perforated pipes.

In addition, we address foundation waterproofing and channel-bed reinforcement when constructing drainage channels within mining areas. In the case of a dam, we waterproof its upstream slope or install a seepage cut-off wall made of sheet piles along the dam crest.

Construction of haul roads

The construction of haul roads designed for heavy equipment in conditions where quality granular material is in short supply is addressed through our technical solutions.
