Polymer-lined sheets — a solution for protecting reinforced concrete structures under construction from abrasive wear and gas corrosion, preventing liquid infiltration, and rehabilitating facilities already in operation.

Standard Solutions

Waterproofing system for tanks and pipes based on V–LOCK anchor sheet

Products lined with «TEKHPOLIMER» anchor sheet combine the advantages of reinforced concrete — high strength and rigidity — with the properties of polyethylene (HDPE) — resistance to aggressive environments and high elongation at break. The service life of such products is up to 50 years. Regular cleaning and maintenance are not required.

The polymer sheet with V-shaped discrete anchoring elements arranged in a staggered pattern is made of high-density low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE).

The specially designed V-shaped anchors are formed by extrusion during production simultaneously with the main sheet surface, ensuring exceptional anchoring strength.

420 anchors, 12 to 18 mm long per 1 m, ensure optimal stress distribution and guarantee the preservation of the concrete structure even under significant temperature fluctuations or pressure caused by groundwater.

Reinforced-concrete tanks lined using V–LOCK technology are the most cost-effective solution among all alternatives, providing absolute waterproofing and chemical protection.

Problems addressed by V–LOCK

  • gas corrosion;
  • abrasive wear;
  • liquid infiltration and leakage;
  • concrete deterioration;
  • loss of waterproofing due to ground settlement.

Applications of V–LOCK technology

  • Stormwater and domestic sewage storage tanks;
  • Equalisation tanks at industrial wastewater treatment facilities;
  • Tanks for drinking water and technical water;
  • Fire water tanks;
  • Sewage pumping station structures;
  • Manure storage facilities (lagoons);
  • Tanks for storing chemically aggressive media;
  • Water-conveyance pipes;
  • Drainage systems for aggressive industrial wastewater.

For the construction of new tanks, we supply prefabricated elements lined with anchor sheet and assemble them at the customer’s site. For the rehabilitation of pipes or existing tanks, their surfaces are lined directly on site.
