Storage reservoir for irrigation systems

The main objective is to prevent water filtration through the bottom and walls of the structure. In addition to the direct loss of water, its discharge to the surface around the storage pond and irrigation canal may generally lead to waterlogging of the land and cause deformation and failure of the structure itself. 

An anti-seepage layer made of TekhPolimer geomembrane on the base and slopes of the storage pond completely eliminates water loss through absolute waterproofing and increases the facility’s flow capacity due to the material’s smooth surface, which prevents the accumulation of bottom sediments. The increased stabiliser content in the geomembrane prevents damage and degradation caused by UV rays. 

The geomembrane is environmentally safe and can be used in direct contact with drinking water. It does not release harmful substances and is odourless.
