Rectangular polymer-reinforced concrete equalization tank

Construction of rectangular polymer-reinforced concrete tanks as part of the leachate drainage system at a waste processing complex in Roshal, with a capacity of 50,000 tonnes per year.

Polymer-concrete tanks lined with an anchoring sheet using V-LOCK technology, offering corrosion resistance and durability. This tank combines high strength and rigidity with resistance to aggressive environments. The service life of such a tank is at least 50 years. 

• Installation speed - rectangular tanks are the fastest-to-build structural option, especially for large tank capacities
• Resistance to challenging climatic conditions – the minimal number of monolithic elements and the technological design enable structures to be assembled even during the winter period 
• Seam tightness – the joints between anchor sheet panels are checked for tightness 
• Ease of transportation – all tank elements can be transported by road 
• Easy connection of external utilities – pipe penetration assemblies can be cut into the panels during manufacturing or at the installation site
