Repair of a reinforced concrete culvert

Elimination of vertical and horizontal displacement of reinforced concrete pipe sections that occurred during construction due to insufficient compaction of the pipe foundation. Displacement may also be caused by mechanical impact from construction equipment during pipe backfilling. 
 

Major rehabilitation of a culvert pipe using permanent formwork in the form of a V-LOCK anchor sheet technology, based on the «PipeArm» method.

The technology involves installing a polymer protective sleeve made of anchor sheet, reinforced with a reinforcement cage, inside the pipe, and injecting a special mineral-binder-based grout into the space between the existing pipe structure and the polymer sleeve.
