    Waterproofing of a spent ore storage facility at a gold mining company. 

    Solution

    Construction of a cutoff screen for waterproofing the facility.

    The material providing complete watertightness and protection against washouts is Geomembrane type 1 — a smooth sheet made of virgin low-density polyethylene (HDPE).
