A biaxial geogrid distributes tensile forces in two directions — longitudinally and transversely, while a triaxial geogrid distributes them across all 360°. A hexagonal geogrid is a roll material with cells shaped as equilateral triangles, manufactured from polypropylene.
A triaxial geogrid is used for reinforcement in the construction of roads and areas subject to high dynamic loads. It slows down or prevents the formation of cracks, ruts, potholes and frost heave, reducing the costs of maintaining and repairing the site.
