Mobile road surfaces «TechPolymer-2» underwent field testing on type I and II bogs. The tests were conducted jointly with the Federal Grid Company of the Unified Energy System (PJSC «FGC UES»).
The tests demonstrated that the design of the plates provides positive buoyancy and high flexural rigidity, allowing the «TechPolymer-2» mobile road surfaces to be used in complex geological conditions and on unprepared surfaces to provide temporary access for both tracked and wheeled vehicles. No vehicle slippage was detected during passage, nor was there any loss of integrity of the surface or its interlocking connections.
The «TechPolymer-2» mobile road surfaces are recommended for use at PJSC «FGC UES» facilities during construction and installation works on pipelines and power transmission lines.
