In January 2022, work commenced on the project «Package of preparatory works for the construction of exploration well No. 141-16 at the Taas-Yuryakh oil and gas condensate field for the placement of a drilling rig and crew facilities».

Work location: The Taas-Yuryakh oil and gas condensate field is located in the Mirny District of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 75 km south of the city of Mirny, in a region with severe climatic conditions: the average annual air temperature is below zero (- 6.6 °C), and the period of sustained frosts (below - 10 °C) lasts 270 days. The average annual temperature range is 46.2 °C.
The «TEKHPOLIMER» geomembrane (HDPE, type 5/1, TU 2246-001-56910145-2014) is used as a waterproofing material for septic tanks, fuel and lubricant storage spill containment ponds, a temporary produced water storage facility, and chemical reagent and acid storage areas. «TEKHPOLIMER» type 5/1 geomembrane is a polymer sheet with a protective and drainage geotextile coating to enhance strength and resistance to punctures. The material is resistant to aggressive media, including petroleum products, acids, alkalis and abrasive materials; it is not susceptible to rotting or the effects of low temperatures and ultraviolet radiation.
The «TEKHPOLIMER» geomembrane is certified under the INTERGAZSERT certification system.
