On 4–7 October 2016, specialists from TechPolymer Group took part in the XX International Specialised Exhibition of the Gas Industry and Technical Equipment for Gas Facilities “ROS-GAS-EXPO”, held as part of the St Petersburg International Gas Forum, as well as in a meeting on the technological development of PJSC Gazprom.
The “ROS-GAS-EXPO” exhibition has been held annually for 20 years and serves as a platform for interaction between target purchasers, suppliers and manufacturers of products and services supporting the gasification of industrial, residential and municipal, and agricultural facilities. Major Russian and international representatives of the gas industry showcase their latest developments in the construction and repair of gas transmission and gas consumption systems. As part of these events, TechPolymer Group presented its new solution—mobile road mats designed for the rapid organisation of temporary access routes for heavy-duty machinery across difficult terrain to sites where emergency repair and restoration work is being carried out. The technology attracted the interest of executives from design institutes, as well as managers of PJSC Gazprom’s gas transmission and production organisations, and will subsequently be considered alongside the conventional solutions currently used when organising construction and repair work on gas pipelines.
