At the methanol production facility of JSC «Metafrax Chemicals», contractor LLC "Sitistroy" successfully completed the lining of a reinforced concrete water storage tank for the fire protection system using V–LOCK polymer anchor sheet.
Lining with V–LOCK anchor sheet (TU 2246-003-56910145-2014) is a reliable engineering solution for protecting reinforced concrete structures against various types of wear and damage. It addresses a number of issues that arise during the operation of industrial sites:

Abrasion: V–LOCK sheet has high abrasion resistance, ensuring durability even under intensive use.

Liquid infiltration and leakage: The polyethylene from which the anchor sheet is made reliably protects reinforced concrete walls against the penetration of moisture and other liquids, creating reliable waterproofing.

Waterproofing failure due to ground settlement: The polymer sheet preserves the waterproofing layer even when ground levels change, ensuring structural stability.

Concrete deterioration: V–LOCK lining prevents concrete deterioration, extending the service life of the tank.
Construction of the facility continued from October 2024 to February 2025. The fire water tank measured 12 x 18 x 4 metres, with a volume of 850 cubic metres.
