TechPolymer continues to implement the project for the construction of local wastewater treatment facilities for the multifunctional recreational complex “Gelendzhik Marina”. To date, the construction team has completed an important stage: 1,300 cubic metres of the modular “BlokTech” tank have been assembled. It will form the basis of the surface runoff collection and treatment system.
The tank is being assembled at an accelerated pace thanks to the unique properties of the “BlokTech” modules. The structure is assembled directly on the construction site without heavy equipment: all elements are light enough to be installed manually or with minimal mechanisation. This not only simplifies the process but also enables work in the confined conditions of the resort area.

Logistics convenience — the compact dimensions of the modules allow them to be delivered to the site by standard freight transport without escorts or special permits.
“We chose the “BlokTech” technology specifically for its mobility and speed,” representatives of the contractor explain. “This is particularly important at a seaside site: limited space, demanding deadlines and environmental requirements. The tank is literally growing before our eyes, and it is impressive.”
The next stage will be to complete the tank assembly and connect the system to the engineering utilities that have already been installed. As a reminder, the site previously saw completion of base preparation, installation of a Type 5/2 geomembrane and welding of polymer inspection chambers.
