«1100 L container for collecting municipal solid waste» is manufactured using state-of-the-art equipment: a two-platen hydraulic thermoplastic injection molding machine by HAITIAN (with a clamping force of up to 5,500 tonnes). Its production capacity is more than 200,000 finished products per year, with an annual polymer raw material processing volume of 7,000 tonnes.
The video shows the container manufacturing process: an industrial robotic manipulator moves the product from the thermoplastic injection molding machine to the logo application line, where the logo is applied by hot stamping.
