We would like to congratulate everyone on Earth on the International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies.
The importance of not only treating nature responsibly, but also developing professional approaches and technologies to address such challenges is becoming increasingly clear: air purification, the containment of harmful emissions and the prevention of pollution spreading through the atmosphere.
The TechPolymer Group of Companies uses these technologies to eliminate harmful biogas emissions, for example, from municipal solid waste landfills.
Thus, the remediation of waste landfills involves a set of “resource-saving” technologies:
- installation of an upper remediation cover made of geosynthetics to prevent biogas from escaping beyond the landfill boundaries;
- vertical drainage for the removal and utilisation of landfill gas;
- high-temperature flare units with filters for the purification and combustion of landfill gas, as well as electricity generation.
