Construction of the wastewater treatment plant for the “Gelendzhik Marina” complex has begun using “BlokTech” reservoirs

In December 2025, work began on a project to develop local wastewater treatment facilities as part of the construction of the modern multifunctional recreational complex “Gelendzhik Marina.” At the first stage, preparatory work was carried out, including excavation preparation, site grading for the installation of a modular wastewater storage tank, compaction and reinforcement of the foundation using an RD reinforced road geogrid__, and welding of polymer inspection wells was also started.

The key technological solution within the treatment facilities will be the “BlokTech” modular tank manufactured by “TechPolymer.” The tank, with a capacity of more than 6,000 m³, is intended for collecting and storing stormwater from the complex site. Its use will ensure the environmental safety of the facility, preventing the discharge of untreated wastewater into the environment and reducing the load on the city’s utility networks.

The key advantages of the “BlokTech” tank in this project are:

  • Installation speed — the structure is assembled without heavy construction equipment, shortening the work schedule and minimising the impact on the landscape.

  • Corrosion resistance — the materials used in production are resistant to aggressive environments and temperature fluctuations, which is particularly important in a coastal area.

  • Durability and reliability — the structure is designed for long-term operation under conditions of high humidity and seasonal loads.

The project also includes the installation of a pipeline system, drainage wells and a Type 5/2 geomembrane liner, ensuring the effective operation of the entire drainage system.

The next stage will involve delivering the “BlokTech” tank modules to the site and beginning their assembly.
