The Siberian Construction Forum “Modern Construction” has concluded in Krasnoyarsk. Its key event was the specialised exhibition “Construction. Architecture. Design”. Representatives of the TechPolymer Group took an active part in the event, presenting advanced technologies for stormwater drainage and surface runoff treatment for standalone construction facilities.
Our specialists gave stand visitors a detailed overview of the comprehensive approach to addressing challenges arising when centralised sewerage is unavailable. Instead of traditional and costly methods, such as collecting and transporting wastewater or laying networks spanning many kilometres, the company offers environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions that comply with regulatory requirements (SP 82.13330.2016, SP 32.13330.2018, GOST R 71473-2024, etc.).
Two key TechPolymer developments attracted particular interest from representatives of construction companies, designers, students of specialised higher education institutions and industry experts:

Modular underground treatment facilities “AquaBOX-LOS”, providing deep treatment of surface runoff to regulatory levels that permit discharge onto the terrain. The technology makes it possible to bring water quality to a conditionally clean level comparable to runoff from a roof.

Quick-install modular systems “BlokTech” for creating rain gardens, subsurface drainage systems, and infiltration or storage reservoirs. These polymer solutions are ideally suited for sustainable water drainage, green construction and landscaping.
As part of the forum’s business programme, TechPolymer specialist Sergei Borisovich Zemlyakov delivered a topical presentation “Surface Runoff Treatment at Standalone Construction Facilities”. His presentation covered the regulatory framework and runoff quality characteristics, and provided a detailed analysis of the practical aspects of applying the company’s technologies, highlighting their advantages: rapid installation, reliability, durability and compliance with the principles of best available techniques.
