The latest high-tech equipment fleet includes hydraulic injection moulding machines with a clamping force of up to 5,500 tonnes. The commissioned production capacity enables the manufacture of plastic products weighing up to 50 kg:
- 1100-litre plastic waste containers, which fully comply with the European standard DIN EN 840
- Large-volume containers measuring 120 x 100 cm
- Innovative leakproof containers with a capacity of 400 litres for storing and transporting food products, with no equivalent in Russia
- Fibreglass containers for separate waste collection
The volume of polymer raw material processed is 10,000 tonnes, producing more than 200 000 finished products per year. Thanks to the use of high-quality virgin materials and reinforced design, the products are durable and strong, and are well suited for use in Russian climatic conditions.
