3–5 July, specialists from the TechPolymer Group will take part in the 5th International Forum “Innovations in Road Construction” in Sochi. The event is organised by the State Company Avtodor.
Motorways are of strategic importance to Russia. The country’s leadership has approved the national project “Safe and High-Quality Motorways” and a comprehensive plan for the modernisation and expansion of trunk infrastructure. These initiatives set a number of significant objectives for road sector professionals: extending periods between repairs, adopting innovative approaches to managing infrastructure facilities, ensuring maximum safety, and achieving a high standard of motorway maintenance.
The implementation of instructions from the President and the Government of the Russian Federation is impossible without developing and implementing innovative materials, structures and road construction technologies, developing energy- and resource-efficient solutions, and improving the quality of existing road construction materials.
Experts, executives of leading road construction companies, and representatives of academia and government authorities will gather for the fifth time at the “Innovations in Road Construction” forum to discuss development priorities for the road sector. The forum will be attended by representatives of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Federal Road Transport Agency, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Administration of Krasnodar Krai, the ROSNANO Infrastructure and Educational Programmes Foundation, PJSC Rosseti, and PJSC Gazprom Neft.
