On 14 May, the official opening of a production line for large plastic containers took place at the Techpolymer Group production site in Ryazan. The new production line is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery—a two-platen hydraulic HAITIAN thermoplastic injection molding machine (clamping force of up to 5,500 tonnes), with a production capacity of more than 200,000 finished products per year and a processing capacity of 7,000 tonnes of polymer raw materials per year.
The opening of the line will increase production volumes and enable the manufacture of high-quality polymer containers with a reinforced design, ideally suited for use in Russian climatic conditions: 1,100-litre waste containers, 400-litre hermetic containers, as well as containers for collecting, storing and transporting fruit and vegetables. The company’s products are intended for housing and utilities, the chemical and food industries, agriculture, warehouse logistics and other sectors.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place in a formal setting. Heads of departments and employees of the Techpolymer Group from Moscow, Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar were invited to the event. Sergey Putivsky, Director of Techpolymer LLC, officially launched the new production line.
