Mobile road surfacing

"TEKHPOLYMER" mobile road plates are designed for constructing temporary roads for special-purpose vehicles in swampy areas and during periods of muddy conditions. MDPs are also used to construct temporary bases, vehicle parking areas and helicopter landing pads. The plates enable the assembly of access roads or areas of any configuration and size.

МДП «ТЕХПОЛИМЕР-1» are intended for access roads and sites for heavy-duty equipment on an unprepared base, including Type I–II marshes, without additional base preparation. The plates are made of high-molecular-weight polyethylene by pressing and have an internal honeycomb structure. 

МДП «ТЕХПОЛИМЕР-2» are intended for access roads and sites for heavy-duty equipment on an unprepared base, including marshes with a constructed embankment base. The plates are made of polymer sheet by extrusion and are equipped with interlocking connections.

МДП «ТЕХПОЛИМЕР-3» are used to create service roads and sites, as protective covering for lawns and topsoil when used with wheeled and tracked vehicles with a load of up to 40 tonnes. They are made of polymer sheet by extrusion and are equipped with interlocking connections.

MDP mats fit into a standard ISO container and can be easily moved using a conventional forklift. In hard-to-reach areas, the mats can be delivered by helicopter.
 

The plates do not conduct electricity, which significantly expands their range of applications. The plates are suitable for use in the oil and gas, mining, energy and military industries, as well as for emergency operations.

Mobile road plates are equipped with overlapping flanges and locking connections that enable quick and easy installation. The textured surface prevents vehicles from slipping on the plates.

Polymer road plates can be laid on any unprepared surface: snow, ice, sand or clay. Installation is possible at sub-zero temperatures, and the plates are suitable for use in the Far North.

The simple installation system enables the rapid construction of a temporary access road. When laying the plates, the flange of one plate must overlap the flange of the next, with the locking holes aligned. Locking pins are inserted into these holes.

«ТЕХПОЛИМЕР» mobile road coverings are the most cost-effective option for organising a temporary access road. Unlike wooden mats, polyethylene plates do not rot, crack or absorb aggressive substances. Compared with log roadways, the plates offer easier installation, which does not require a large number of workers or specialised equipment. Compared with conventional ПДН plates, «ТЕХПОЛИМЕР» mobile road plates are lightweight, easy to relocate during installation and suitable for repeated use (at least 20 times).
